Digital ads and performance

We manage campaigns for sales and profit, not clicks. We do not raise the budget until measurement is set up correctly.

Know whereevery penny goes.

When businesses usually call us

  • The sales your ad dashboard reports do not match your actual takings.
  • The budget goes up every month, but so does the cost per order.
  • Agency reports are full of clicks and impressions and say nothing about profit.

What we do

We choose platforms to suit your business; you do not have to be on every channel.

How we work

The first thirty days go on measurement and structure; after that, a weekly testing cycle.

  1. Tracking audit.

It becomes clear which conversions are counted correctly and which are missed.

  2. Account structure.

Campaigns are rebuilt around goals and margins.

  3. Testing cycle.

Creative, audience and bid tests every week, with written results.

  4. Budget decision.

Once a month, the budget is reallocated according to the marginal cost per conversion.

Questions

The questions we hear most about advertising. If yours is not here, write to us and we will answer within one working day.

How big should my ad budget be?

There is no single right figure; the budget depends on the cost per click in your sector, your product’s profitability and the amount of data the platforms need in order to learn. We spend the first 30 days on measurement and account structure; after that, we raise or lower the budget each month by looking at marginal cost, that is, the cost of the last customer the extra spend brings in. The ad budget goes straight to the platforms and is separate from our fee.

How long do Google Ads and Meta ads take to show results?

Ads bring in traffic from the day they go live, but reliable results need verified measurement and enough data collected by the platforms. That is why we spend the first 30 days setting up measurement and structure, then start separating what works from what does not with weekly creative tests. We do not guarantee sales or customer numbers.

How much does ad management cost?

It depends on how many platforms we work on, the number of campaigns and products, the volume of creative produced each week and how much setup the measurement infrastructure needs. We send a proposal setting out the scope 2–3 days after the free first meeting; ad spend paid to the platforms is not included in it.

What do you need from us to run ads?

Access to your ad and analytics accounts, profit margins by product or service, access to your sales or CRM data, and brand files for the creative. The margin figures matter: they are the only way we can work out which campaigns actually make a profit.

How do you track sales from ads?

Because of browser restrictions and ad blockers, the figures in the platform dashboards can be incomplete or inflated. So we set up server-side tracking, the Meta Conversions API and offline conversion imports for sales closed over the phone or in store. In the monthly budget and results report, we go by the results that match your own sales data, not by what the platform says.
