Social media and reputation
Rather than filling a posting calendar, we define the brand’s voice, its limits and how quickly it replies; the content is built on that.
Your brandspeaks every day.
When businesses usually call us
- Your accounts post regularly, but the way the brand speaks changes every month.

- Monthly plan.
Themes, formats and the approval schedule in one document.

Approved content is scheduled, and the community is monitored every day.

What our clients say
From the teams we work with, in their own words.
Our reception team used to run the hotel’s account. We wrote the voice guide together, and the shoots were done before the season opened. Messages now get answered the same day, and the monthly report shows us which booking enquiries turned into bookings.
Sales and marketing managerBoutique hotel, Kyrenia
Social mediaNobody could update our old site, so we had to call someone for every change. Now we add product pages ourselves. The short report every Monday meant we always knew what would be finished and when. And the quote requests we get through the form are more complete now, too.
General managerIndustrial valve manufacturer, Manisa
Web and softwareEvery morning we were moving orders between two systems by hand. The pilot took two weeks; a few bugs came up in the first days and we sorted them out together. Now the morning report arrives on its own, and our colleague in operations can spend the first hour of the day on customers.
Operations managerCoffee equipment retailer, Istanbul
Automation and AIOur stock on Trendyol and Hepsiburada didn’t match up, and the orders we had to cancel were dragging our shop rating down. Since we moved to a single stock, that problem has largely gone away. Seeing in the weekly report which products actually make money after commission changed the way we price.
E-commerce managerHome textiles brand, Denizli
E-commerceThe people we worked with before sent us a traffic graph every month, but nobody knew how many quote requests it turned into. Now the report shows the enquiries coming in from organic search directly. The first months were slow; they told us that right at the start, which meant we had the right expectations.

SEOFor years our product manager tried to write our blog posts, and they were always left half-finished. Now there’s an hour’s conversation with our product manager each month, a writer drafts the text and a different editor reads it. The posts are technically accurate, and our sales team sends them to customers.
Co-founderAgricultural irrigation technology company, Konya
ContentOur previous agency kept suggesting we raise the budget a little more every month. In the first month they fixed the tracking, and we saw that some of the sales showing in the Meta dashboard hadn’t actually come from the ads. We cut the budget and moved it to the profitable campaigns; the month-end figures now match our accounts.
FounderNatural cosmetics brand, Izmir
AdvertisingWe had a Klaviyo account, but we only used it to announce promotions. They set up the welcome and basket flows, and our İYS records got sorted out too. Now orders come in from email even in weeks with no promotion running, and we can see which flow they came from.
Digital marketing specialistChildren’s clothing brand, Gaziantep
EmailThe numbers in GA4 never matched the sales in our accounts. They rebuilt the tracking from scratch, and then we started running small tests on the checkout page. Some tests didn’t change anything, and we got that in writing too. But showing delivery information in the basket was a change we kept for good.

Questions
The questions we hear most about social media. If yours is not here, write to us and we will answer within one working day.
How long does it take to get started with social media management?
In the first week we review your accounts, your competitors and your existing content, and prepare a brand voice guide and the content plan for the first month. Once the plan is approved, posting begins and the work moves forward in weekly cycles. If a shoot is needed, the shoot day is part of that plan.
How much does social media management cost?
It depends on the number of accounts and platforms to manage, how often you post, whether photo and video shoots are needed, the scope of community management and any influencer partnerships. The ad budget goes straight to the platforms and is separate from our fee; payments to influencers are also covered separately in the proposal. We send a written proposal 2–3 days after the free first meeting.
What do you need from us for social media?
Access to your accounts, your brand files, your campaign and product calendar, and a contact person who can answer questions quickly. We can produce photos and video with our own production team. At the start, we agree in writing which customer questions we answer and which ones you answer.
How do you measure social media success?
We do not treat follower count as a goal on its own. We measure whatever the account is there to do: visits to your website, enquiries by message, sign-ups or sales; alongside that, we look at the quality of engagement and reach. The monthly community report sets out what was tried, what worked and the decision for the next month.
What do you do if there is a social media crisis?
We write a crisis communication handbook together when we start, so it is decided in advance who gives approval, in which situations scheduled posts are paused and how the first response is given. We follow conversations about your brand with social listening tools, and when we spot a problem we tell you first. Statements are published with your approval.
